         We will gladly process your insurance claim at no charge to you. We estimate your deductible and the portion not covered by your insurance. The estimated amount is due at the time of your treatment, and may be paid by any one of the options listed below. If CareCredit has been made available, the patient's portion is automatically  applied. Our estimates are subject to final approval by your insurance company, therefore, the amount due our office is subject to change.

         We are aware that unexpected health care costs can significantly impact your budget, and Care Credit allows us to help you make the most appropriate arrangements for your budget. You can begin treatment immediately, and spread the cost over a period of time appropriate for you. If you are interested in this program, please fill out an application. Our Office Manager, Margaret Brown, and our patient coordinators at the front office will be happy to assist you.
